Burnout makes even the most everyday tasks seem overwhelming. When burnout isn’t treated it can cause depression and the longer it takes to seek support, the longer recovery will be.
For 2021, programmes have been developed to also provide bespoke mentoring for business leaders to stress workshops, confidential 1:1 mentoring for frontline workers and small group workshops. Furlough, money worries and isolation have come together in an imperfect storm of stress and anxiety for many. So, mental wellbeing mentoring has helped businesses to find a clear path through these stressful times by enabling colleagues to stay in touch with their work families without ‘work’ being on the agenda.
