cal health departments are not doing 1C but the larger state sites are: for example Kroger is running the one in Covington.
During the February
22 briefing from Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, he announced that 1C groups are able to get the vaccine. Who is in phase 1C? Those
that are 60 and older as well as essential workers. For Kentucky resi- dents this includes employees in housing, finance, legal, food and con- struction.
This means that if you live in Kentucky and are one of these es-
sential workers that you can sign up for the vaccine through the state regional site:
https://www.kroger.com/rx/guest/get-vaccinated. Searching sites is a bit parochial, in that if you live in the Northern Kentucky area, type in “Covington KY” in the search bar or call 1-866- 211-5320. Outside of the Northern Kentucky area you can call the num- ber or search the named region / municipality nearby to make the ap- pointment. Appointments can be scheduled now, but they need to be set for a date after March 1 according the governor’s briefing. This information is for informational purposes only. This is not

When will the change begin?
Beginning October 24, 2021, you must dial 10 digits (area code + telephone number) for all local calls. On and after this date, local calls dialed with only 7 digits may not be completed, and a recording will inform you that your call can- not be completed as dialed. You must hang up and dial again using the area code and the 7-digit number.
Beginning July 16, 2022, dialing “988” will route your
call to the National Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Crisis Lifeline.
CITY OF CINCINNATI RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY REGISTRATION PROGRAM UPDATE Thanks to those 9568 con-

This required registration is for all landlords has no required inspection component. (The RRR is not part of the Residential Rental Inspection Pilot program.) NEW 10-DIGIT DIALING PROCEDURE
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has
adopted 988 as a new three-digit number to be used nation- wide to reach the National Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Crisis Lifeline, starting July 16, 2022. Customers must continue to dial 1-800-273-TALK to reach the Lifeline until July 16, 2022.
In order for 988 to work in your area code, mandatory
10-digit local dialing will be implemented. If your area code is 513 or 859, you will need to dial the area code for all local calls starting on October 24, 2021.
What will be the new dialing procedure? To complete all local calls, you will now need to dial area code + telephone number. This applies to all calls within your area code that are currently dialed with seven digits.
Who will be affected? Anyone with a telephone number from your area code will need to make a change from 7-digit local dialing to 10-digit local dialing.
