PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING IT SAVES LIVES!
GCNKAA HOSTS VIRTUAL BUSINESS EXCHANGE ON MARCH 17 Don’t miss YOUR opportunity to meet key decision makers in property management companies. Similar to Speed Dating, the Business Exchange on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am allows you to present YOUR products and services to local multifamily executives in timed, personal meetings as you network from room to room. This year, the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association will once again be hosting this event virtually. As an associate member, you will be able to rank the top 10 companies with whom you would like to meet. GCNKAA staff will make their best effort to accommodate as many of your requests as possible. Depending on the number of companies as well as the number of registrations from our associate members, meetings will range for roughly five minutes each. The schedule of meetings will be based on first come first serve. When you are not in a meeting with a potential or current customer, we will have a zoom lobby open for networking and raffle items.
As a primary member, this is you chance to meet with as many
vendors as possible in one place in 5-minute increments. The only investment we ask is your time and to donate one or two $25 gift cards for the door prize drawings. The Business Exchange is a way to take care of multiple vendor meetings at one time and to gather the latest price and product information with a personal touch. Each participating property owner or management company will

have their own Zoom meeting ID, separate of others and will not be in individual break out rooms. It will be one meeting ID per company, whether you have one member of your team or several; GCNKAA staff will set up these rooms in advance and send all participating individuals from your company the password and user name to access the room during the event. Once you are in your Zoom meeting, it will be your responsibility to admit your guests according to the provided meeting schedule. This will
help eliminate some of the fear of navigating the technology by yourself. It also allows more flexibility for individuals who may not be able to commit to the entire time frame but can participate for the majority of the event. Unsure about technology? The GCNKAA staff and the Business Exchange Committee have made drastic improvements to the virtual layout of our Business Exchange by working closely with our technology crew and other industry associations across the country to improve functionality and effectiveness of the Zoom platform. We have had numerous committee meetings, tested the format, and plan to have a Tips and Tricks tutorial of the event to ensure all participants are able to navigate the virtual envi- ronment without exception. You will LOVE the ease at which you get to meet with other GCNKAA members in 5-minute increments, simply by clicking on individual links on a virtual event floorplan. For more details - or to register online - click here. This is a Members- only event. Cost for associate members is $125 per company with a limit of three representatives per company. Individuals must travel to meetings as a group this year.
