Plan NOW to Attend FEF’s 2020 Fall Virtual CIC, Tuesday, November 17

in person as they have over the past many years, they are looking forward to connecting virtually. They will be working with Career Fair Plus to host their to

fair user-friendly

experience for students and employers. Their virtual CIC will allow

employers and students to meet in a virtual environment through voice calls or video chat rooms, and it offers a number of advantages to both students and employers! Employers will be able

to “attend” at a lower recruiting cost, but will have the ability to virtually screen quality candidates, receive electronic resumes and save time and costs associated with traveling to participate onsite. Because of the no-cost travel, FEF is inviting our 34 FEF schools to “bring” up to 12 students each – we are anticipating at least 150 student participants. The first step is to fill out a regular conference registration form. Once you have registered for the conference, they will send more information about setting up a Career Fair Plus account. Although some things are changing, some things remain the same: • Meet students looking for full-time positions, internships, and co-ops in the metalcasting industry

• Receive student profiles prior to the conference (you will also be able to see some of the student info on the Career Fair Plus app)

• Enjoy the CIC scholarship presentations – click here for brochure/schedule/ price information

• Highlight your company through available partnerships

If you have any questions, please

don’t hesitate to contact Pam Lechner, Director of Alumni & Academic Relations, at (847)490-9200. To register for the Virtual Conference, visit their website at www.fefinc.org.
