40ml Brockmans Gin 20ml Aperol
10ml Amontillado Sherry 10ml Raspberry liqueur
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and then pour. Garnish with fresh orange and an elegant slice of root ginger.
This cocktail will be served at Jake’s Bar for Hallowe’en and the week following.
