Med­Tech Automation Company Celebrate 14 Years of Continued Growth!


Custom Engineering and Process Automation company 3P innovation has recorded their most successful year yet, achieving record turnover and an annual growth of almost 40%. This follows their recent success in winning the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation for their novel Fill2Weight powder micro­dosing technology.


The Warwick­based company helps Med­Tech, Life Science and FMCG customers to develop and launch new products faster through design and manufacture of world­class, innovative production machines. 3P’s core philosophy is to ensure key manufacturing processes are de­risked and scalable, ensuring a viable and rapid route to commercial production. Thanks to their production know­how, 3P also helps companies through the early stages of a new product or device development, with engineering consultancy support, feasibility and ‘design­for­manufacture’ (DfM) studies, followed by lab­scale, semi­automated and fully­automated production solutions.


“We are proud to be celebrating our 14th consecutive year of growth; Since the move to our brand­new premises in Dec. 2018, our workforce has expanded


by 35% and we are taking on increasingly larger projects for an international customer base,” explains Simon Strothers, Business Development Director.
