Affordable Living Meets Southwest Market Demand


The NRP Group LLC is conducting a virtual groundbreaking for their newest development, The Scott at Medio Creek. The Scott is a $58M affordable multifamily community located at 9130 Excellence Drive in San Antonio’s Southwest side. This 324-unit community offers a variety of housing options appealing to young professionals and families who are our everyday heroes: retail workers, service and hospitality work- ers and those working at Lackland AFB.
