I currently serve as the Director of the Neighborhood Services Department for the City of Fort Worth. I joined the City of Fort Worth in November 2019 after working the previous nine years in the Depart- ment of Housing and Neighborhood Programs with the City of Little Rock, including the last three years as Director. Over the course of my career, I have spent over 30 years in the public sector in both state and local government.
My experience in state government included stints with the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tour- ism, the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, the Arkansas Department of Transportation, and the Arkansas Development Finance Authority.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In addition, I have completed training at Economic Development Institute, the Community Development Institute at the University of Central Arkansas, and I am certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council.

Assistant Director, Neighborhood Services for the City of Fort Worth. My role supports the de- velopment of affordable housing, neighborhood improvement programs, and housing rehabilita- tion programs. In addition, I also serve as the administrator of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation.
I possess over 25 years of experience in community development and city planning. Prior to relo- cating to the City of Fort Worth, I held the positions of Director of City Development for the City of Racine, Wisconsin and Planning Director for the Village of Tinley Park, Illinois. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and possess a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University.
