Wow and suddenly it was October. I don’t think anyone would argue this has been a year like no other and we seem to be hurtling towards the end of it now.
I actually rather like this time of year. We have been enjoying some gorgeous late September sunshine, which is always welcome, but now the season really seems to be turning and we are enjoying all those fabulous autumnal colours.
I’ve been pretty busy since my return to the fold and this month bring you interviews with two fascinating local personalities for you to enjoy.
TV journalist Suzanne Virdee will be a familiar face to most people after appearing on the local news for many years but now she has turned her hand to writing a book. We take a look at the advice she has to offer young women navigating the modern world.

This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as this is something which affects so many women and families, we take a look at the Worcestershire Breast Cancer Unit Haven and speak to consultant surgeon Stephen Thrush about the amazing work they do there.
Elsewhere in the magazine we have all the usual features, including a look at seasonal fashion, spotlight on men’s suits and this month in our travel section we put the spotlight on golfing breaks for those who like an activity holiday.
