Thinking about joining the CILIP Board or Presidential Team?

MEMBERS have the opportunity to put themselves forward to serve as a trustee or the Vice-President. If elected, you will work with other trus-

tees, the Presidential Team and staff to set CILIP’s strategic direction and make sure that members’ interests are met and secure. The Board is responsible for making sure that the organisation is financially sound and complies with the law.

As part of our commitment to equality and diversity we are actively encouraging members from all backgrounds to consider standing, particularly those from BAME communities. We will offer complimentary membership to library and information workers from BAME backgrounds who are duly selected.
