of waiting to have its Grand Opening because of Corvid-19, Kicking Cowgirls Designs fi- nally opened its doors to its new re-located Bolton Street store on Saturday June 6th. Laurie Scott M.P.P and Jamie Schmale MP were on hand to help Kimberly Dawn cut the ribbon and each presented her with Certificates of congratulations. Approx. 68 people were

in line to enter the store which continued for the rest of the day. Country Singer Ty Bayton was

on hand to sing and sign auto- graphics from 1:30 to 3:30. KCD was voted by Boss Girl Awards as Best Western Bou- tique in North America. Kimberly Dawn started

KCD 6 years ago as a method to fund raise for her sports and feeding programs in Africa and to support various Children’s Charities throughout Ontario. By selling KCD every weekend at Ram and Rawhide rodeos KCD grew very quickly and new has a licensee in place selling the KCD Brand to other retailers

throughout Canada and the USA and recently signed an Aus- tralian Distributor to sell KCD through Australia and New Zealand. Along with its new 2,300

sq. ft retail store, KCD has boosted both its online and Cus- tom printed/embroidered busi- ness.

Still today, KCD dedi-

cates 20% of its profits to Africa and Ontario Children’s Chari- ties.
