sponsor the Virtual Lobby (see Figure 8), and with the presenter’s permission, can sponsor a Technical Conference paper (see Figure 9). Typically, sponsorships during individual sessions are positioned over the live chat bar, but in the case where there are multiple sponsors for a given paper, there is a sponsorship bar. As a courtesy to Members who have prepared and are presenting a paper, they can sponsor their own paper whether or not they are exhibiting.
Other Promotional Opportunities Since virtual conferences offer both live and on-demand viewing, Member exhibitors with new product offerings can promote their companies through the use of infomercials.
