conventional exposition. The directory also offers exhibitors a highly visible sponsorship opportunity, which can also be clicked on, taking the attendee directly to the sponsor’s booth. An example of a typical Exhibit Hall Directory can be viewed in Figure 3. Though this example is depicted as a three pavilion event, we anticipate that our event will have at least six pavilions each with 12 booths. Should demand be higher than indicated by the survey discussed last month, additional pavilions can be added with ease. The pavilions will be organized

with booths in a single row, eliminating the need to look on both sides of the aisle (see Figures 4 and 5). Each booth is dynamic in that attendees can enter booths, read literature, view images and objects, watch videos and communicate directly with the exhibitor(s) manning the booth either via chat or face to face discussions.
As is the case with any exhibition, exhibitors may already be involved in a face to face conversation with other delegates.
To ensure that interested
attendees have an opportunity to speak directly with someone manning the booth, a discussion may be scheduled
as each exhibitor and delegate has an easy to access calendar. Conversations may be conducted privately with an individual or group.
Sponsorships
As is the case with our conventional event, the ICI offers Member exhibitors numerous
sponsorship opportunities.
Since this is a virtual event, attendees need only click on a sponsorship to be taken directly to the exhibitor’s 3D booth. In the expo hall, sponsorships can be displayed on the Expo Hall Directory on either the directory welcome screen or on the welcome desk (see Figure 6). In
