ALL IN BLACK - BESPOKE SECURITY SOLUTIONS

Long-time Chamber members All In Black Ltd (AIB) are a specialist security company based in Milton Keynes, offering nationwide coverage of their substantial security and specialist services. A family business at its core, the team at AIB have over 20 years’ experience working in the security industry, enabling the firm to offer a truly bespoke guarding solution to their clients. During the lockdown, AIB has

seen the demand for their mobile patrol and guarding services, in particular, hugely increase, with the number of new clients, and the amount of work carried out on behalf of each client rise substantially. As a result, the business is actively recruiting for security personnel who are able to maintain the high-quality service that AIB have become known for. Starting the business in Leighton Buzzard over 10 years ago, Founder

and CEO Aaron Mills has found a wealth of skills and experience within his own family, and still works alongside his wife, Kellie, brother-in-law, Dan, and father, George. Today Aaron has grown his firm into to a substantial business with 15 office-based staff and over 170 security personnel in the workforce, with no signs of slowing down. Their services have continued to increase over the years, and the team is now able to offer substantial, skilled services; from surveillance and covert work for personal and business, to close protection, guarding, and mobile patrolling. For the team at AIB the driving force is the same thing: a service to protect you and your business. As Chamber members, AIB understands the additional pressure the Covid-

19 lockdown has placed on fellow member businesses and would encourage anyone with security needs to reach out for a free consultation of their services. There are reduced rates available for all fellow Chamber members.

A cornerstone of business protection, they have a team of fully accredited Workplace, Civil and Commercial, and Family mediators with a wide range of professional backgrounds, ensuring the right specialist mediator is available. Throughout the Covid-19 crisis, Focus Mediation has remained open for

business - working remotely to continue providing their services. Professional Associations and Trade Bodies are increasingly helping their

members resolve time consuming and unpleasant disputes by using mediation to bring matters to a close avoiding expensive court action. Mediators ensure disputing parties feel understood and heard, and can

calm irate people; mediation is ideal for emotionally charged disputes. Mediation can calm the conflict driving the dispute, whereas adversarial argument and positioning enflame, drive conflict, and escalate disputes. Mediation is informal, absorbs and neutralises anger, reduces stress, helping people move on and let go. Mediation is voluntary and confidential, it can help parties retain and

continue relationships between business partners, employers and employees, and businesses and their customers; it can salvage and protect reputations.
