he Investment Casting Institute’s Process Control Course was held on May 10th, 2020 in Houston,


Texas... just days shy of many states’ implementation of “Shelter in Place.” The Institute’s advanced course in


Investment Casting Process Control is a unique event, structured with interac- tive group activities that are focused on solving problems that most investment casting foundries face. In addition to group activities, students will have the opportunity to discuss topics such as au- diting, overcoming resistance to change, conducting effective experiments and implementing process control. The seminar is geared toward product and process engineers, manufacturing supervisors and shop floor lead people in investment casting foundries. The class is designed as a 2.5 day course with just 16 students per course. The course is offered annually in various regions around the country to accommodate Member companies in various locations. The course is open to members and non-members alike. This year’s graduating class includes
