Cullybackey The mystery shopper had, by their own admission, a ‘great experience’ during their visit to this store. The pharmacy had a welcoming atmosphere and the shopper was particularly impressed by one staff member, Sharon, who, from the moment that the shopper entered the premises, both welcomed them and then remained with them throughout, highlighting the suitable products on the shelves, and assisting the shopper with their choice of product. The shopper said that, if they lived in the area, they would definitely use this pharmacy.
BRADLEY'S PHARMACY
Omagh The mystery shopper was immediately impressed by the exterior of this pharmacy, which was maintained to a very high standard. Inside, the store had a ‘lovely, homely feel to it’. The pharmacy team at this Bradley’s Pharmacy store certainly made a major impression on the mystery shopper, who observed that the team members were very friendly and worked well together as a team to ensure that customers were served in a timely fashion and given correct and thorough information.
GORDONS CHEMIST
Limavady Overall, the mystery shopper, who visited this branch of Gordons Chemist, found the store to be friendly and approachable. The store was brightly lit and all areas were clean. There was, the shopper said, a ‘lively atmosphere’ in the store. The shopper was impressed by the fact that they were able to get all of the information that they needed and felt that the team member, who served them, was confident and knowledgeable, and they were also greatly impressed by the pharmacy’s retail offering.
WELL PHARMACY
Ballygomartin The mystery shopper found their trip to this store ‘positive and enjoyable’. The pharmacy had a friendly and welcoming vibe, with an excellent range of stock attractively displayed throughout. The service, the shopper said, was ‘exemplary and could not be faulted in any way’. The staff member, who served the shopper, was clearly a friendly, enthusiastic team member, who was keen to help and took time to ensure that the shopper found the most suitable product. There was nothing, the shopper said, about this visit that was not positive.
