BANNSIDE PHARMACY
Portglenone On entering Bannside Pharmacy, the mystery shopper noted that the staff members were working well together as a team and were dealing with customers as soon as they entered the premises. All of the team members looked well-presented and well groomed. The team member, who served the mystery shopper, was not only very knowledgeable about the products she was talking to the shopper about, but was also personable, yet professional, in the way that she approached them.
CLOUGHMILLS PHARMACY
Ballymena The mystery shopper was very pleased with their experience in Cloughmills Pharmacy. The team member who approached them was very pleasant and friendly and her knowledge of the products was very reassuring. The team were helpful to suggest alternative options when the product the mystery shopper had inquired about was not in stock.
MAGHABERRY PHARMACY
Maghaberry The mystery shopper, who visited Maghaberry Pharmacy, was particularly struck by the knowledge and warmth of the team member, who served them. The pharmacy, the shopper said, ‘met my medical needs, while respecting my individuality as a customer’. The shopper felt that local people were very important to the pharmacy team and were very much valued in this shop. The shopper was given professional treatment and stated that they ‘would not hesitate to use the pharmacy again’.
RANDALSTOWN PHARMACIES
Randalstown On arrival at Randalstown Pharmacies’ health centre branch in the town, the mystery shopper was delighted to see that the pharmacy had its own car park, which was spacious. The shopfront was clean and the signage brand looked consistent. On entry, the shopper was delighted to be greeted both quickly and warmly by staff members, who were also friendly and professional when dealing with their request. When leaving the pharmacy, a staff member thanked the shopper and told them to return if they needed any further help.
