The University of Arkansas Ranch Horse Teamtraveled from Fayet-
teville November 3 to Mount Vernon, MO, to compete at the ASHA’s Re- gion 3 Championships, and it was worth the trip! Madison Powel was Non-Pro HP, Brady Barnard was Limited Non-Pro HP, and Erin Falkenstien was Novice Reserve HP.
Appaloosa Horse Club announced a vacancy for representation of Ter-
ritory 4 on its Board of Directors on November 8, following the resignation of Board President Dena Raggio of Whitesboro. The board thanked her for her time, dedication, and service in serving the region, consisting of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Alabama. Raggio had worked hard to get major sponsorships for ApHC.
Hunt County Horseman’s Association hosted its awards banquet No-
vember 9 at Hopkins County Civic Center, Sulphur Springs. Many awards were presented, to class HP champs plus age division all-around high point prizes. Raegan Barnum was given the $500 Youth Scholarship. Next year’s shows begin March 13-14. fmi,

Lost Horizon Ranch, Bryan, hosted its last show of the season on No-
