When completed, The Lady Bird will have one of the most affordable rent structures for senior housing in Austin, to include: • 100 units with project-based HUD Section 8 rental assistance • 45 units with rents affordable to persons with incomes at or below 30% AMI
• 125 units with rents affordable to persons with incomes at or be- low 50% AMI
• 196 units with rents affordable to persons with incomes at or below 60% AMI • 38 units at market rates
