Darren Smith MVAH Partners
Having grown up in a struggling family within a struggling neighborhood, it became my passion to help hard working families overburdened with housing cost. In following my passion, in over 22 years within
the industry, I have been successful in executing over $1 Billion of affordable and workforce multi-family housing developments throughout the country.
I have a belief that every development is your business card. It must be of quality and value within its community. Through Auxano Development, LLC, I serve as the Historically Underutilized Business within the development. Additionally, Auxano is used as a vehicle to mentor minorities and today’s youth on the need and development of affordable workforce housing. I am privileged to be the Head of Develop- ment – Southwest Region at MVAH Partners where my compassion marries with the mission to produce contemporary affordable housing communities to promote a quality of life for families.
I joined TALHFA to stay current with industry news along with expanding my network of professionals focused on providing hous- ing for working families.
