THE LAST LAUGH
A reporter interviewed a group of senior citizens for a newspaper feature to be entitled “Super Seniors”. He asked one lady what the secret of her youthful appearance was to which she replied, “I think a little bit of everything is the best way to stay healthy and happy. If you do things in moderation you can’t go far wrong!” “But madam,” the reported responded, “Your daughter told us earlier that you have, on several occasions, been seriously ill as a result of your lifestyle.” “Well, yes,” the woman responded. “But you can’t very well put that in your article can you now?”

After avoiding it for several years, a retired man decided to bring himself into the modern age and get himself a computer. His young grandson, a dab hand at using the Internet, decided to help him get to grips with surfing the World Wide Web. “What’s this search engine thing then?” the man asked. “Oh! It’s great Grandad,” the grandson replied. “You just ask it a question and it gives you the answer. You can find out anything.” “Anything, eh?” the mad said, with a twinkle in his eye, and he typed in ‘What will next week’s winning lottery number be?’
