Clinic and the Brit- ish Swim School will be hosting the Kids Superhero Run for children 1 to12 years old, from 10 a.m. to 1
p.m., November 2. Tey will run wearing their super-powered Halloween costumes. Tere will also be other fun activities like music/DJ, aſter-
run celebrations and more. All participating kids will receive a cape, a mask and a finishing medal.

Try the Happiness Program
he Happiness Program is an immersive, three-day journey
into powerful breathing and mind mastery techniques. An introduc- tory workshop will be offered from 4:30 to 6 p.m., November 9, at the Art of Living Meditation & Yoga Studio. At the core of the program
