Try the Happiness Program


he Happiness Program is an immersive, three-day journey


into powerful breathing and mind mastery techniques. An introduc- tory workshop will be offered from 4:30 to 6 p.m., November 9, at the Art of Living Meditation & Yoga Studio. At the core of the program
