T R AV E L T R ENDS FA BULOUS FA L L . . .

The USA has always been a popular place to visit in the Fall, from the rich colours of the landscape to the added bonus of Halloween, however there are some other Fall alternative destinations you may want to consider? Some offer sun, whilst others offer an abundance of culture...

INTRIGUING HISTORY, IMPRESSIVE SCENERY...

Armenia can be bitterly cold in the winter and stifling hot in summer, which makes October a great time to travel. Whilst the landscape can look a little frazzled from too much sun, the colours created by the autumn leaves make for a stunning spectacle. Visit Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site and for that Insta moment, sit at the top of the Cascade, a giant stairwell in Yerevan. Don't miss the Cafesjian Centre for Arts which boasts some incredible Armenian contemporary art.

AN ALTERNATIVE FALL. . .

But, October is also a wonderful month to witness the Fall in all its glory. Iconic cities such as San Francisco, Boston and Chicago turn the most astonishing shades of red, yellow and amber - that's before you get to the national parks! Probably the most special place in the world to celebrate Fall is New England, and within New England it's hard to top the beauty of Acadia National Park and a lunch or dinner at Jordan Pond House, where the delicious menu comes second place to the views! Try the Seafood Chowder...

AWAY

Carry-on aluminium suitcase to pack all your essentials you don't want to go in hold.

Although Israel is a hot desert country, Fall in Tel Aviv tells a different story. From September through November, the hot, hot temperatures cool down which makes it a great destination to travel when other places are too cold. The nightlife in Tel Aviv is another reason to visit. For a sophisticated stay, book into Hotel Montefiore, each bedroom in this restored 1922 building boasts a floor to ceiling library and black marble bathroom. You'll find Israel's 'it' crowd in the jazz-filled lobby bar, and the restaurant won't disappoint either.
