French Casting Precision– PRECICAST.fr Celebrates 50 Years

Company History T

his year, 2019, PRECICAST.fr will celebrate their 50th anniversary. Located in the Vendôme vineyards

and close to “Les Châteaux de la Loire,” the company was founded by the two Chabilan brothers and a cousin on their family land which is 150 kilometers southwest of Paris. (The creation in 1969 was done some years before another company of no relation named PRECICAST arose.) From the beginning, PRECICAST.fr

Thus, PRECICAST.fr has integrated complementary services onsite such as a metallurgical laboratory, heat treatments, penetrant inspection, X-ray and the magnetic particles testing. And then PRECICAST steadily

completed its raw casting business with the fully finished components thanks to a strength network of partners. At the end of eighties, Gilles Renard joined the company to become the present owner in 1996.

Developments Year after year, PRECICAST gained a solid reputation on small accurate and diversified components at the point that makes of PRECICAST.fr a key foundry on connecting devices for airplane engine

harnesses. For a wide variety of pipes and manifolds PRECICAST performs the cavity without ceramic core thanks to a proprietary process. Near the 2000s, Gilles Renard
