The TALHFA Board Needs YOU!


TALHFA membership is growing! With growth comes new people, new pro- grams, and new opportunities to serve. We would like for you to consider using


your knowledge, experience, and expertise to serve on our Board of Directors. Your involvement would be an asset to our association as we work to ensure the affordable housing industry in Texas is the absolute best it can be.


By serving as a member of our Board, you will assist us in the work of educating and advocating for TALHFA’s members. Board members serve 3-year terms and attend quarterly meetings – one of which is held at the Annual Educational Con- ference each year. It is a small investment of your time that will greatly benefit your Association and the affordable housing industry.


Help expand our capabilities and bring a fresh perspective to TALHFA by earnestly considering serving as a TALHFA Board Member. In order to serve, you must be a current TALHFA voting member in good standing.


If you are interested in running for one of the five open positions on the TAL- HFA Board, please contact Jeanne Talerico at jeanne@talhfa.org or 512.241.1657. Your information will be forwarded to the Nominating Committee for their con- sideration. The Nominating Committee examines the balance of professions and geographical location during their selection process. You will be notified if you are selected for the ballot. Ballots will be sent to voting members in early-September.
