TALHFA Annual Achievement Award Nominations


Did you work with an individual, group, program or publication in 2019 that deserves recognition? Nominate them for a TALHFA Achievement Award! Help us recognize exceptional leadership, deserving developments, new productive partner-


ships, creative strategies, supportive staff, and outstanding contributions. It is your chance to put a spotlight on TALHFA member success stories that have made an impact on Texas communities. Don’t forget to nominate a “TALHFA Member of the Year”.


Each year we request nominations to acknowledge individuals, organizations, businesses, or events which have clearly demonstrated support of the TALHFA Mission Statement: “To provide support and leadership for our members as they make quality affordable homes available for Texans.”


Award Categories 1. Best Marketing Material or Event 2. Special Achievement a) by an Individual, Employee or Team, b) by a Housing Finance Corporation/Agency c) by a Community Development Agency, CDC, CDFI Public Agency, Private organization or Non-profit


3. Member of the Year


Nominations must be for a TALHFA member in good standing. Applicants and nominators are asked to complete and submit the Award Application/Nomina- tion Form. The Award Selection Committee reviews the applications and nomi- nees and selects the candidate. Look for your Awards Nomination package in 2nd week of August!
