He walked through a series of choices you can make, and sometimes have to give yourself permission to make, in order to get on a better path. We’ve lost about ten pounds since attending that presentation – your mileage may vary! Te breakout format of course means that there were


several presenters that we did not hear directly, but a number of attendees told us that they appreciated the opportunity to tailor their conference experience to their interests. Te active Q and A wrap-ups of the sessions we attended were certainly a testament to the interest in these offerings. Tuesday evening brought perhaps the most notable


shift from previous AWRF events. Te traditional banquet dinner format was replaced with a more casual buffet supper served at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Attendees enjoyed drinks and with complete access to the facility, many toured the extensive collection of rock and roll memorabilia housed there. But the best was yet to come as the Charlie Wheeler


Band took the stage! Fronted by an AWRF member (you might find him at Advantage Sales and Supply), the three-man band served up more than two hours of what has been called “hard-driving, blue-collar soul music”. Tey seamlessly mixed covers of familiar
