East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity Golf Day
The Guardian Warm Roof Conversion system has been designed to provide a high performance thermal and structural solution with zero condensation risk over the life of the roof.
OVER the past 16 years Gary Slaymaker from Halesworth Golf has organised a charity golf day to raise funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA). Now in its 17th year, to date this event has raised over £169,000. From modest beginnings in 2002, as a one-off charity day,
this has grown into the biggest event held at Halesworth Golf Club and has proved to be as popular as ever for this year’s event which will take place on Friday 21st June. Businesses from around the local area and beyond have come forward to sponsor a tee box or green, as well as donating
prizes for the draw which take place in the evening. One sponsor deserves a mention,

garage in Lowestoft who have supported the event since it started, putting up a car as a prize for anyone who gets a hole-in-one on the 11th green, which adds to the excitement. However, as yet, this has not been achieved so here’s hoping for this year! But there are many companies that come forward every year to support this worthwhile cause. I thank you all.
