Gut Health Plus: LOCAL FOOD ISSUE Free Emotional Support Group in Hoboken E

motions Anonymous, a 12-step program, is a fellowship of people that desire to improve their emotional well-being.

Members of diverse ages, social and economic backgrounds come together in weekly meetings at 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays for the purpose of working toward recovery from any sort of emo- tional difficulties in a warm and accepting group setting to share experiences without fear or criticism. Tere is no requirement for how long it should take to com-

plete each step, only that members learn through the steps. By working the steps, members work through emotional challenges

at a pace that is comfortable for them individually. Members are not required to share any personal details or even last names if they

do not choose to at meetings. As a spiritual program, there is an emphasis on a higher power; a force or being bigger than ourselves in the universe.
