ONLINE STUDY OPTION ADDS UP
The Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) has launched a new modern programme of online study for those seeking membership of the accountancy body or wanting to update their knowledge and skills. Administered in partnership
with CU Coventry, IFA Direct comprises 10 flexible online and CPD-compliant modules which are delivered via a secure learning platform. Students are supported as
they study with comprehensive access to an expert academic adviser, programme guidance, a learning community, online library, test your knowledge quizzes, and IFA technical resources. The rolling programme of
focused modules are studied one at a time over six weeks so avoid the distractions of multiple deadlines and because the study programme is designed to work around a busy lifestyle, students can decide how and when they want to study without the need to leave the workplace. IFA Direct enables students to
gain a broader and deeper understanding of key subjects relevant to accountants in or supporting small business such as law for accounting, assurance and advanced taxation. “These are exciting times for
the continual development of the IFA as a professional accounting body. CU Coventry is pleased to be working in partnership with the IFA in developing its new online educational provision to facilitate existing and future members of the IFA,” said Nicholas James Head of Curriculum for Accounting and Financial Services, CU Coventry.
