Support All The Way!

As Slimming World celebrates its 50th Anniversary in 2019, thousands of members are celebrating their weight losses on the Slimming World healthy eating plan. The groups at

Braunton Academy & St Brannock’s Rooms have seen a collective loss of over 543 stones from January to November! Ruth Mahaffey, Slimming World Consultant of the Braunton groups, herself is still a member attending group & states she couldn't have lost 3 stone without the support of her group. She understands how hard it can be, not only to lose weight but to maintain that loss & endeavours to give the best to support her members throughout their journeys.

With this plan you can eat normal everyday foods without feeling

deprived, guilty or ever going hungry. It really is the most flexible, generous & most effective way to lose weight & is sustainable!

As one of her members Pam Durham, who has lost 4 stone 5lbs over 94 weeks, and was voted Miss Slinky 2018 by fellow members says

“Without this group I would have got bigger & more miserable about it. I needed to break that vicious cycle & Slimming World did that for

me. Along with the fantastic support from Ruth & all the group, joining was the best thing I’ve done for a long time. I’ve still got a way to go

but I’ll achieve that with the friendship & support in group. Its not just a weight loss group- it’s a great meeting place of friends!” For more details call/text Ruth on 07786 324081 Or Email ruth.mahaffeysw@gmail.com
