CRANBERRY SAUCE

The tart flavour of fresh cranberries with a hint of orange. You can add a little orange zest too!


Ingredients Serves: 12


 200g (7 oz) caster sugar  225ml (8 fl oz) orange juice  350g (12 oz) fresh cranberries


Method Prep: 5min › Cook: 10min › Ready in: 15min In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice. Stir in the cranberries, and cook until they start to pop (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat, and transfer to a bowl. Cran- berry sauce will thicken as it cools.
