Notice is hereby given that Mr Bulent Turgut has applied to Maidstone Borough Council on the 04/12/2018 for the grant of a premises license to use the premises at The Social Chill Bar, 95a Week Street Maidstone Kent ME14 1QX. To vary the License in respect of the hours*/ the provision of

regulated entertainment*/ the provision of late night refreshment*/ for the sale by retail of alcohol*. Namely 1) to remove the condition set in place stating that entertainment can only take place with the exhibition of art.

2) bring hours of all licensable activities and the opening hours currently set at 03.00am to be in line with the hours of the sale of alcohol currently set at 04.00am (increase licensable activities by 1 hour) Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by............. stating the grounds for making said representation to: Maidstone Borough Council licensing office, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JQ. The register of record of application can be viewed by members of the public during office hours at Maidstone Borough Council licensing office, or accessed online by visiting ://pa.seve- representation shall be made on writing. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises license. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
