Lighting The clerk had received two quotes for the lighting contract and itwas agreed to remainwith Haven Power. Allotments Following a reviewof expenditure, itwas agreed to increase the fees to £32 for awhole plot and £16 for half a plot. Out-of-parish plot holders would be charged £48 and £24. Toilets Themeeting heard that the door had been vandalised andwould not lock. The clerk had reported this to the police, and had received a quote to repair it.

passengermirror froma Ford Transit parked in the road in Chart Corner, Chart Sutton. The offender left in a Ford Transit recovery truck when challenged. Four out of six windows on a caravan
were smashed in Old Tree Lane, BoughtonMonchelsea. A black Ford Fiesta registration
DL57*** was stolen froma driveway in Cobfields, Chart Sutton. The vehicle has
a large dent in offside door, scratched wheels and a loud exhaust. A twin axle flat-bed trailer was stolen
fromthe Goat Sanctuary in East Hall Hill, BoughtonMonchelsea. An IforWilliams 12ft by 7ft 2.7tonne
caged trailer was stolen froma field in Biddenden Road, Headcorn. Two ladders were stolen when they
were standing against the wall of the business on site in Lodge Road, Staplehurst. A Vauxhall Corsa was broken into in
Kingsland Grove, Headcorn. Cards and cash were taken froma Ford
Focus parked in the car park in Station Road, Staplehurst. A blue Toyota Yaris parked opposite
the owner's home in Burdens, Headcorn, had both number plates removed. A digger trailer was stolen froma
building site inMarden Road, Staplehurst.
