• Fresh fruits: mango, pear, watermelon, apple, kiwi, canta- loupe, grapes
• Fresh vegetables (except tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and eggplant)
• Dairy substitutes: coconut milk, rice milk, hemp milk, al- mond milk
