Championships. Andrew Hillier of Ballinger Equine said this evening: "I am a firm believer in supporting equestrian sport at grass roots level. It is after all where our future champions start their journey to the top. Emily and Emma Sandford run a well organised championship series that is known for its friendly, welcoming and supportive approach to competition. It is no surprise the series is growing in popularity" Andrew added: "Tonight's
showjumping has been full of thrills in all classes and the excitement and nerves of competing for the series championships has been clear to see." Cousins Emma Sandford and Emily
Sandford, plan and manage the running of the championships each year. Emma Sandford said last night: "This has been a really super championship series with lots of competitors at different levels so there's been something for everybody. The series gets bigger and better each year and we are already looking forward to the 2019 series." Emily Sandford continued: "We've a very
busy autumn at Chesfield Manor Stables, but we may have a surprise announcement for an additional competition towards the end of the year in our indoor arena, where we won't be affected by the weather or darker evenings."
