The largest health and wellness expo in Connecticut, Expo 2018 will feature a wide range of health education by Stamford Health, fun activities for children plus the latest information, products and services from over 100 exhibitors. Special new attractions this year will include a new, centrally located Demonstration Zone, which will feature demos and presentations such as “Obstacles to Healthy Liv- ing” with Isagenix, “Organic Wines and Eco-friendly Vineyards” with Val’s Putnam Wines & Liquors, “Good to the Bone” with OsteoStrong, and demos by EBMAS-CT Martial Arts and Title Boxing Club. Attend- ees can also take part in “Dance It Out” with Billy Blanks Jr., as seen on ABC-TV’s Shark Tank and owner of Blanks Studios in Greenwich, who will lead three of his popular dance fi tness classes each day at no charge.
