Family lawyer who resolves to minimise conflict
‘Eleanor has the expertise and experience to deal with family law matter’
Eleanor Barber (pictured), Team Leader of the Family Team at Nash & Co, has been awarded the coveted Resolution Specialist status for complex financial and family property issues and for domestic abuse. This adds to the accreditation of Law Society Children Panel member that Eleanor has held continuously since 2010. This combination of accreditations, which is currently unique in the Plymouth area, means that Eleanor has demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise across all areas of family law. Managing Partner Jon Loney was delighted with the news. “We’re very proud of Eleanor and the rest of our Family Law team here. As a Resolution Accredited Specialist and Children Panel member, you can be confident that Eleanor has the expertise and experience to deal with family law matter effectively and efficiently, and in a way that minimises conflict and distress,” he said. Eleanor is supported by a large team of specialist
family lawyers, all of whom are members of Resolution. Members of Resolution must follow a strict Code of Practice which focuses on helping clients to reach a fair outcome for them and for the future of everyone involved in their case, with priority being given to the needs of any
children. By following the Resolution approach, it is more likely that matters can
be resolved without court proceedings and in a way that is likely to cost you less, both emotionally and financially.
