Ultimately, the project took a little longer than anticipated but the extra time ensured that every last detail was perfect. The wow factor has certainly been achieved in this stunning room, with the huge glass doors and the retention of the period ceiling. The meticulous

Communication is always key on any project of this magnitude and the L&E builders didn’t disappoint. And it wasn’t only the building team that impressed Ricardo and Irina. “We liked the fact that L&E were very supportive and involved throughout the process. They were in regular contact to see how everything was going and often sent people round to check progress,” explains Ricardo.
