low Rose Circuit, held May 26-27 in Athens, offered 6 judges and a delicious fajita dinner Sunday. Halter champions were Gold Kid Got Style (stallion/Medwin Lavergne), Zip Codes Gold (mare/Lisa Browning), and Its Great to be Gold (gelding/Audrey Felder). Division HPs included Patrick McKenzie (Challenged- Horsemen-WT/You Bet Shes Invited), John Seeger (Challenged-Horsemen-Adv/One Hot Amigo), Ian Danforth (WT-5-9/Twice the Scamp), Dalleigh Patridge (14-18/JD Gold), Robyn Zumar (Am-Select plus AB-19&O/In- describable Magic), Mary Martin (Am/Zippo the Love Bug), Jack Poche’ (Jr-Horse/Deck- atena Gold), Barbara Landrum (Sr-Horse/PS Kats Gold Piece), and Caroline Cleveland (AB-18&U/Setting the Stage). arships during the Border Circuit in Las Cruces, NM, May 28. Recipients were Han- nah Blaeser, Sabrina Thuerauf, Samantha Hudgens, Amanda McGlasson, and Michaela Corn.
AQHA awarded more scholarship
money to more students this year than ever be- fore. Seventy-six students will receive a total of $700,250 to support their education over their academic career!

Arkansas Ranch and Stock HA’s June
2-3 event, held at White Co Fairgrounds in Searcy, resulted in champions Tinker Turner (All-Age/PKMS Movin On Sugar), Greg Williams (Am/DA Steady Mentira), Dani Cox (Youth/Mr Dual Nick), and, tied for Nov-Am, Debby Brown (Titans Royal Dazzler) and Gwinna McWilliams (Cee Tees Boston Smoke). All-arounds were Tinker Turner (All- Age/PKMS Movin On Sugar), Ashton Williams (Am/Banjos Star SL), Gwinna McWilliams (Nov-Am/Cee Tees Boston Smoke), and Erin Bledsoe (Youth/Feather Oak). Tinker Turner and PKMS Movin On Sugar were also Ranch Versatility champions.
OK Foundation QH Registry’s June 2-
3 showat Heart of Oklahoma Exposition Cen- ter in Shawnee resulted in versatility buckle winners Dennis Jenkins and Kim Owen (tie- for-Open), Kim Owen (Am), Halle Barker (Sr- Youth), and Leah Burns (Jr-Youth).
USCHA’s third annual High Roll’Em
Weekend, held June 2-3 at Hopkins County Civic Center, Sulphur Springs, had something for everyone. 276 entries went to the herd, $36,000 in prize money was paid out, and $7,000 was given in cash or great prizes. At the end of the day, all class winners were al- lowed to roll dice for $500 cash, and Jennifer Barnett and Sierra Sells went home richer. Sat- urday’s free BBQ lunch was truly appreciated, and the Dream Team Cutting was fun. AQHA- approved classes resulted in Don Perkins on Smooth de May winning the amateur both days and Robert Neal on MC Girl Power win- ning select amateur Saturday.
