The annual Club Assembly took place on Tuesday 12th June in the Alexander Suite of the Best Western Scores Hotel. President John Spittal presented the Club Plan to the members and to Heather Stuart who is Assistant Governor (AG) to Area 8. Since AGs cannot take thei r own Club Assembly, Isobel Clifford had asked Heather to do this. After the presentation Heather passed on greetings from the District Governor and from her own Club President at Kirkcaldy Raith before she moved on give us her comments,


views and suggestions. She thought our plans to increase membership were ambitious and suggested we might like to consider entering for a few of the District Awards and perhaps undertake a RIBI Club Health Check which is facilitated by a District Team and has proved beneficial to other Clubs. John thanked her for her positive remarks and for her very welcome visit to the Club after handing her a copy of the Club Plan for 2018-19 which was also distributed to all present.
