present day at premises in mallusk; crosspharma’s commitment to customer service and local trading ethos, has seen the business grow from strength to strength.

Each of our customers has a dedicated telesales and account manager and over 90% of our accounts now receive twice daily deliveries via our own fleet of vans, with a number of customers also
receiving a Saturday delivery. additional Saturday routes will also be launched this autumn.
We pride ourselves on our ongoing commitment to local, independent pharmacies, striving to produce added value and service through product awareness and the provision of current market information such as shortages, price increases and decreases, substitution availability and new product launches.
