WIN! A Gin Dinner for Two


Hotel du Vin Tunbridge Wells are teaming with award- winning gin distillery Slingsby Gin to create an evening to remember: a three-course dinner paired with gin – and we’ve got a pair of tickets for you to win, worth £100

lingsby Gin has won more than 20 awards from around the world for its gins, which are made with


the fi nest pure single grain spirit blended with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer and hand-grown botanicals. The special three-course dinner will


be prepared by Hotel du Vin’s resident chef, James Sherwin, who has 18 years’ experience at award-winning and AA-Rosette restaurants across Kent. The prize includes arrival drinks,


canapes and a three-course meal paired with gin by Slingsby’s master distillers, to be enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings of the Grade II listed Hotel du Vin on Crescent Road on Friday 10th August.

tapas on the terrace? Squerryes Winery is throwing open its doors for Seafood Tapas On The Terrace as it launches its stunning new outside space, with breathtaking views of its 2,500-acre estate. The Westerham vineyard has teamed up with acclaimed chefs David Marsaud and Christopher Reeves to deliver a sumptuous seafood menu to


complement its champion wines at a truly unique destination. Set amongst acres of rolling countryside, the luxuriously- spacious winery with its terrace and sleek indoor tasting room will play host to the Saturday lunchtime sessions. A delicious a la carte-style menu features the fi nest seafood


from British coastal waters with a headline dish of fresh Cornish lobster. Ten smaller plates, priced from £4-£6, also make up the carefully curated menu. Sparkling Squerryes, delicious still wines and Westerham Brewery beers will also be on offer, as will vegetarian dishes and mouth-watering desserts. • Tapas on the Terrace will be open every Saturday, 12noon- 6pm in the summer months from 2nd June.
