Spanning most of the month of September, Toulouse à Table features a whole host of locally-orientated foodie events (including Handigolf, which manages to combine tastings with 18 holes on the course) linked by three overriding principles: taste, sharing and unity. Professionals and members of the public come


together over the table to share regional recipes, ideas and knowledge. What better way could there be to experience the southwestern spirit – and chow down delicious local fare while you’re at it! As late September rolls in, and there’s a light nip in the air, this harbour comes alive with the smell of fresh hauls and smoked fi sh. Not only is there a marquee
