The Drexelbrook Catering and Special Event Center will be busy this summer preparing for the grand opening of their new H4 Model Holiday Inn and Suites, explains Domenick Savino, CPCE, the CEO and general manager. “In conjunc- tion with the late summer opening, all rooms in the Event Center will be com- pletely reimagined to reflect a modern, contemporary look that mirrors the state- of-the-art hotel. Our team is so excited for a new start and the addition of overnight rooms to become a full-service hospitality company.”


The Williamsburg Ballroom will be com- pletely redesigned and renamed the Ballroom at the Mansion. The Mansion will feature sleek lines, natural light and a feeling of being “indoor/outdoor” through a large picturesque window and French doors that open to a side terrace.

The Franklin


Conference Center and subdivided into breakout rooms with a common all-day food service area. High speed wireless Internet and advanced AV will be avail- able throughout the property.


Adjoining the redesigned Special Event Center will be the new H-4 model Holiday Inn and Suites, an ultra-modern, amenity filled hotel with a full-service restaurant and beer garden to be named Street Light. The concept will feature local American-style cuisine along with a wine-by-the-glass, beer and specialty cocktail program. Master Chef Dale Miller will consult on the menu bringing a fresh, modern twist to classic dishes.


The outdoor patio will carry on the motif of the Street Light Beer Garden and will offer 12 rotating tap beer selections, san- gria specials and tapas style plates for sharing.


Live local talent will provide entertainment during summer and fall.   
