Hello Friends,
As I’m writing this I am sitting at my desk wishing I was outside enjoying the beautiful weather, and thinking how lucky I am to live in Cornwall. I’m led to believe that May and June are going to be sunny and dry, let’s hope so!
Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed the last edition of the Looe News in which we featured two Easter recipes – I do hope you tried them as they were both delicious.
