MTS Cleansing Services Limited one of the largest independently owned liquid waste management companies in the South of the country are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Manager to run and manage all aspects of recruitment for the company from start to finish.


Currently the company employs over 400 employees based across the South and Midlands areas and due to expansion we are looking to increase our headcount.


The ideal candidate must have previous experience in advertising, sourcing, and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing skills to meet the requirements of the business, liaising with management and directors to identify recruitment needs, arranging inductions and ensuring the candidates are best fit.


The successful candidate will also be responsible for the apprenticeship schemes currently in place, as well as building and running new apprenticeship schemes to meet the needs of the business.


Must be proactive, calm, able to work to tight deadlines under pressure, as well as be able to effectively communicate at all levels.


Based at our head office location in Rochester, Kent, working mainly Monday to Friday 07.00 am to 17.00 pm with additional hours as required.

Would you like to spend some time volunteering at ‘The Loveliest Castle in the World’?


We recognise that there are many local people who have time on their hands who would like to volunteer at Leeds Castle. We have developed a Volunteer Programme which could enable you to get involved.


We are looking for Volunteers who would like to support our Culpeper Garden Team who are responsible for maintaining our beautiful cottage garden and Mediterranean garden.


Perhaps you’d like to contribute a day or half day each week?


We appreciate your time is precious so we will work with you to make sure you to get the most out of your experience with us. You don’t need previous experience or green fingers, but you just need lots of enthusiasm, energy and good humour!
