ISE 2018 show guide
Revolabs supports clearer collaboration
Revolabs (11-F120) announced its product line-up for ISE 2018. Together with parent company Yamaha, Revolabs will demonstrate their portfolio of unified communications (UC) solutions, with spe- cial focus on the Yamaha CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration Sys- tem for huddle rooms and Yamaha's YVC-1000MS Unified Com- munications microphone and speaker system. The Yamaha CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration System for hud- dle rooms is an all-in-one wall-mounted UC solution engineered to simplify installation and deployment while ensuring the highest quality audio and video in huddle and small meeting spaces. It is the first solution that optimizes audio, video, and collaboration capabilities in a wall-mounted system, creating an intuitive meet- ing experience.
It boasts an adaptive beamforming microphone array; four Ya- maha speaker elements to provide the highest degree of audio intelligibility; and a wide-angle HD camera that captures every meeting participant in clear detail. Through a single USB cable, it is ready to connect to an organisation's chosen UC platform, such as Skype for Business, Cisco Spark, GoToConference, Zoom, and many others. This plug-and-play approach allows users to get started quickly without wrestling with disparate audio, video, and collaboration components.

vice president, Content Management & Processing, Christie. New CORIOview from tvONE
tvONE (1-M130 is launching CORIOview, the fastest, most intui- tive 4K multi-window processor with up to 8 sources, at ISE. A 4K multi-format AV matrix routers and an HDMI 4-port output module for CORIOmaster are also being unveiled at ISE 2018. A first for ISE, is the new tvONE CORIOview, the fastest, described as the most intuitive 4K multi-window processor with up to 8 sources. Said to be easy to use, this plug-and-play solution features auto-lay- out functionality which automates your preset selection, making us- ability a breeze. For more advanced applications, take full control with front panel operation, including user definable or pre-program- mable presets, video and audio switching. Be the instant expert when using the unique info button, which displays on screen info about source and window selection.
The new CORIOmatrix (4RU) and CORIOmatrix mini (1RU), are ultra-flexible, modular, multi-format AV matrix routers with 4K capa- bility. Designed for applications with mixed audio and video formats, their award-winning CORIO technology is ideal for integrating mixed AV, broadcast, IP and legacy sources seamlessly at very low latency, allowing any source to be connected to any display with complete flexibility. Also new at ISE, the new MX-6588 4K60 HDR 8x8 HDMI Matrix. A 1RU matrix router that supports 4K60 4:4:4 and HDR along with 7.1 digital Audio.
Adder unveils world’s smallest KVM transmitter
Adder Technology will launch AdderLink Infinity 100T (ALIF100T). The ALIF100T is a zero-U, IP-based, USB powered KVM transmit- ter that can form part of the AdderLink Infinity solution. It can be plugged straight into the back of any computer, meaning it takes up zero U if rack mounted, can hang from the back of the source and can be easily retrofitted into any existing infrastructure. The AdderLink Infinity 100T has been developed in response to cus- tomer demand and a definite gap in the market for a zero-U, high performance KVM transmitter. The new transmitter is ideal for use in applications where rack space is at a premium, organisations are trying to bring costs down and a cost-effective, high performance KVM solution is required.
In addition to saving on rack space, savings are made on power con- sumption and installation costs. The AdderLink Infinity 100T uses only 2 watts, which ensures less heat is generated and less cooling is required, therefore bringing down costs substantially. The device can also be powered directly from USB, meaning there is no need for power distribution units (PDUs), again saving on costs and required space.

and user-experience of AV-over-IP system architecture and perfor- mance.
Built on standardized SDVoE technology, Christie Terra solutions support video formats up to 4K at 60Hz and provide unprece- dented performance capabilities transporting and processing of uncompressed, zero-frame latency, artefact-free video over afford- able 10G Ethernet components. Christie is a founding member of the SDVoE alliance. “We’re looking forward to be bringing Terra to ISE, where we will be able to show systems integrators our latest developments and accessories at this exciting time in AV-over-IP technology. Chris- tie has broad experience with image processing and AV-over-IP applications which makes us well positioned to produce products and solutions that provide superior quality and higher performance than traditional AV system designs,” said Clark Williams, executive
P10 AV News February 2018 Crestron provides integrator insight
Crestron (2-C20) will provide integrators, specifiers, and end us- ers insight into how Crestron meets the challenges of the modern workplace, including its award-winning DM NVX - the only complete network AV solution that supports standard network security proto- cols without any latency, Crestron Enterprise Audio Solutions, cloud provisioning, new state-of-the-art media presentation controllers and much more.
New this year is a dedicated residential booth where Crestron will demonstrate its latest home solutions focussed on the speed and efficiency of deployment whilst showcasing customisation and in- credible user experience. On show will be new user interfaces, such as keypads and remotes, as well as stunning new shading solutions. As in previous years, Crestron will have a major presence at the
show and plans four full days of new announcements, training, pre- sentations, Crestron’s annual Integration Awards, press tours, Cres- fest entertainment and product news,
As usual, Crestron will have a major presence at the show. Audio
Audio over IP solutions
WORK PRO Audio (7-M200) offers new additions to the Arion Line Array range, the SL 210 A and the SL 218 SA subwoofer. Designed entirely at the WORK PRO headquarters in Valencia both line array elements were launched last year; this is their first major international trade fair outing since they began ship- ping in late Autumn 2017. Together, the new units form a sys- tem suited to use in demanding environments that require pow- er, high-quality audio reproduction and controlled directivity. The SL 210 A is a two-way, bi-amplified line array element with the option of remote monitoring and control via Ethernet, a built-in DSP section, and twin 1000W peak Class D Pascal amplifiers (both featuring a built-in universal power supply for seamless use internationally). The low frequencies are handled by two 10-inch Faital Pro LF drivers and a bass reflex enclosure, while a 1.4-inch Beyma compression driver, with a polymer di- aphragm, takes care of the high frequencies. The compression driver feeds the newly developed VI-10 waveguide which per- fectly integrates the high frequencies from multiple SL 210 A units, creating a seamless HF response from the complete array.
Through careful application of the onboard DSP, tailored passive filtering of one of the LF drivers in the low/mid-range and a newly designed dispersion horn, the SL 210 A achieves

consistent 120-degree horizontal coverage, with a rock-solid frequency response irrespective of listening position, and is capable of delivering an impressive maximum sound pressure level of 135dB. The frequency response extends from 18kHz down to 100Hz (-10dB). Lower frequencies can be faithfully reproduced by the new dedicated SL 218 SA subwoofer, which is powered by a 4000W peak Class D Pascal amplifier, and can handle frequencies from 30Hz up to either 120Hz or 140Hz, depending on the exact user and system requirements.
