Create Your Best Year Ever with Feng Shui

or centuries, the principles of Feng Shui have been practiced in the East. Feng Shui means “wind and water." It is an un- derstanding of how the movement of energies can affect our
environment, health, and our lives. The basic principles of Feng Shui include: space clearing, color, elements, precision place- ment, and design. Simple shifts and adjustments in your surround- ings can create benefi cial energy by correcting the fl ow of “chi” or “life force”. They may also bring forth new opportunities in health, relationships, travel, business and education, as well as an abun- dance of prosperity. By applying the ancient Feng Shui principles, we have the ability to create a more peaceful and harmonious environment for all who reside in your home or business.
Are You Feeling Stuck or Depressed?
“Chi stagnation” can be described as a feeling of being stuck, depressed, ill, or uncomfortable. Without proper alignment, ener- getic movement and change, our bodies and spirits can suffer. If we reside in an area where there is discordance, it can infl uence us at a cellular level since we are made up of trillions of cells that react to our internal and external environment. By moving our body, as well as moving our furniture, personal belongings and landscapes, we can increase our vitality and experience a feeling of inner peace and tranquility. The acceptance of change is essen- tial to maintain health, emotional balance, and well-being.
Another example of Chi stagnation is “energetic imprints”,
which may be left by previous owners or tenants, failed busi- nesses, and foreclosures as well as by illness, divorce, and even death of prior occupants. The location of a dwelling or offi ce at the end of a cul-de-sac, near a mountain, body of water, or
During this process, we can incorporate the guidance of
Co-Active Life Coaching. I will invite you to state intentions, which are powerful statements to God/Spirit/Creator, to bring focus, clarity, and action to your visions, thoughts, and dreams. New discoveries may unfold as we uncover any blocks or blind spots that have kept you from launching your life in the direction of your heart’s desire. When your surroundings refl ect the things that you love, your space will feel revitalized. It is your right to live your life passionately and to dwell in a sacred environment that embraces your true essence.

power lines can also affect energy. Living in the midst of clutter and disorganization can make us feel uncomfortable and keep us from moving forward in our lives. Any or all of these situations can create imbalance and cause distress to oneself, family, friends and clients. The application of Feng Shui helps to clear these “energetic imprints” by using the art of placement and design to recreate a new and vibrant environment.
Evaluate Your Environment During a Feng Shui consultation, we evaluate the environment
of your home, land, and/or business. Then we design and establish a compatible relationship within your surroundings to bring forth support for your life, health and well-being. The “Bagua” is one valuable tool. It is a chart that incorporates nine major compo- nents of life in reference to the nine sectors of your home, offi ce or land. It includes direction, life situations, elements, and colors that work best in each area. The Bagua chart is placed over the layout of your existing property or blueprints of new space to determine where the nine “guas” are located. After walking through your home/offi ce and reviewing any areas of concern, we confi gure the space through the application of Feng Shui principles and make changes that are necessary to create more balance and fl ow. Then, a powerful “Chi adjustment” or “rice blessing” can be incorpo- rated to clear old and stagnate energy. This adjustment allows your space to “breathe” in order to welcome the new opportunities and blessings you call forth.
