The Fox and Goose in Grove Green dates back to the 17th Century and to date maintains a number of its original features. Enjoy a traditional or specialty menu in the newly refurbished restaurant or if the weather stays fine in the large beer garden with al-fresco dining area. The pub now also offers a private dining room suitable for up to 12 people. The restaurant area has a bright fresh new feel but regular visitors will be pleased to hear that they continue to serve a great range of exciting dishes ranging from light bites to traditional home cooked favorites all made with locally sourced food where possible. To compliment the food there is a


selection of real ales, lagers and fine wines as well as a special selection of 13 premium gins. Booking s are now being taken for Christmas with prices starting from £18 per person for 2 courses


The Bell at Bearsted is now taking bookings for Christmas. The family friendly pub is bound to be a popular choice with locals this year. They are offering a great value Christmas menu with 2 courses for £21 or 3 courses £24. Plus there is a free bottle of bubbly for tables of 5 or more if you book before 1st November. Throughout the year the family friendly pub in Ware Street offers a great atmosphere and wonderful food including a wide range of stone baked pizzas and light bites as well as the main menu. There is a great variety of entertainment too – with live music every Friday and a Rhythm and Blues night on the first Saturday of the month.
